I remember walking to school last year, early in the morning. I was freezing, my hands were red, and I felt like I didn't want to walk any farther. But when I turned the corner of my block, the sun reflected off the snow in a way that made the snow seemed like all the stars had fallen to the ground and turned to a field of glittering specks. It was the most beautiful thing I had seen in my entire life. It made me realize that some of the most beautiful things in life are the most simple. When it snowed today, it reminded me of it, even though the sea of stars I was hoping to see had already been plowed off of the streets.
My real reason for this entry is to really thank everyone. Everyone who has done something for me, whether it be big or small, everyone who has said something nice to me or commenting nicely on anything I have ever said and even to the people who have been rude or inconsiderate to me. Because like I said, the most beautiful things in life are the most simple. These small things in life are the little things that tweak my personality, make me who I am. And for that, I am so incredibly indebted to these people. Thank you.
